The inspiration for Whitesell Real Estate Group primarily comes from working in my dad’s hardware store in the tiny town of Pinehurst, NC. My dad, Max, was the store manager of Whitesell Brothers Inc. and jack of all trades. His brothers were in the field and headed up construction, remodeling, and painting projects. Our customers were the rich and poor, old and young, and every imaginable ethnic background. I watched my dad handle every single one of them with a smile and respect regardless of the size of the order. He was a willing caretaker for all.

When I started Whitesell Real Estate Group in 2017 I had three primary goals. First, I wanted to incorporate the training I received working for a national leader in the real estate industry, Coldwell Banker. Second, I wanted to utilize my 20 years of experience as a Certified Residential Appraiser and an expert at property valuation. Finally, I wanted a smaller “boutique” real estate firm that seemed less corporate and more hometown-like. I wanted customers to feel like they had received a buying/selling experience that was not a race to the finish line and something that would leave a good taste in their mouth (both financially and personally) when it was all said and done.

Each transaction takes me in a different direction but make no mistake about it. Real estate is my passion! Sellers, buyers, first time homebuyers, vacation homes, investors, builders, etc. It doesn’t matter to me. ALL are welcome with a smile and commitment to personalized attention.
